Acceptance of membership and/or maintaining a
a subscription for services implies consent
to this agreement, as well as future updates,
alterations or changes to this agreement.

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial Email UCE will
not be tolerated in any way. Formal complaints
of SPAM/UCE are handled as top priority.
SPAM/UCE complaints against you may result
in loss of your mermaidsmagic.com account(s),
without recourse on your part.

Legal action will be pursued by mermaidsmagic.com
for any loss or damages incurred due to SPAM/UCE
complaints against you.

Simply put, DO NOT send SPAM or UCE. The
consequences of this type of marketing
can cause substantial damage for
all parties involved.

Please note, mermaidsmagic.com is not responsible for the
income claims or promises made by sites in rotation.
Please research all business opportunities before you
join them. Be sure to visit your local Better Business
Bureau, and other consumer awareness organizations
before you invest any amount of money! You join any
program at your own risk.

As a member, you agree to receive occasional
discount offers, promotions and updates from
mermaidsmagic.com to all email addresses
on record.

You are solely responsible for the maintenance and
payment of any subscriptions to mermaidsmagic.com
created by you or your representatives. We do not
create or maintain member subscriptions to
our services.

If you no longer wish to remain an upgraded
member, please cancel your subscription via
your processor of choice. Cancellation of any
subscriptions will result in returning your account
to free status at the end of the current
subscription period. Mermaidsmagic.com
shall not be held responsible for services
and/or fees lost due to subscription cancellation.

Your usage session must be a full browser window.
Any software found to be minimizing the browser
will be cause for immediate termination of the
account. This is a traffic exchange, the basic
concept of this is to co-operate with other
viewers. Please do not use or endorse
this kind of cheat software. Please view your

Sites promoting links to hate, discriminatory
or illegal content, pornography or warez are not
allowed or tolerated.

Only one account
per user or IP address is permitted.

suspended and all credits removed! This must be

Any verbal abuse of Admin or Support personnel
by any member, by any means, will not
be tolerated, and will result in the
immediate suspension or removal of
your account.
