What is a traffic exchange? |
|
It's a very simple concept - you will visit other member's websites, and they will visit yours. The more sites you visit, the more traffic you will receive to your website. |

How do I join? |
|
It's very easy. Go to the Home page and click on the "Signup" button on the left side of the page. Fill out the form, and then choose your membership level. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you provide. Click on the link included in the e-mail to confirm your account. Once you have done this, you will be able to log in and set up the rest of your account. |

Am I allowed to have more than one account? |
|
No, we only allow 1 account per member. If you sign up for another account, your membership will be terminated, and you will lose everything. |

Why must I confirm my account? |
|
We ask you to do this to prevent automated multiple signups, and also to make sure that the e-mail you provided is real. |

Do you allow adult content? |
|
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Also, we do not allow hate or warez sites, sites promoting anything illegal or immoral. Please make sure your site does not break frames. Your account could be suspended for any violations of the above guidelines. |

Do you allow the use of languages other than English? |
|
A page must be at least 90% in English, or is may be removed. You may provide a translator on the page if you wish. |

Will you add more payment options? |
|
No, these are the two we have chosen to use. They are the most reliable of all the payment processors. |

How do I delete my account? |
|
If you want to delete your account, log in and go to your profile page. At the bottom, there should be a link for you to delete your account. Please be aware that, by deleting your account, you will lose any accumulated credits, along with any downline you may have. No refunds will be give on memberships cancelled before the subscription period is up. |

Why can't I delete one of my websites? |
|
Make sure you have set the auto-assign to zero for that website. |

Can I buy more traffic? |
|
Yes, if you click on the "Buy Credits" button in the member's area, you will be taken to a page where you can purchase additional hits, banner impressions, and text link impressions. |
